Effective in 2026, to align with our trunk stable development model and ensure platform stability for the ecosystem, we will publish source code to AOSP in Q2 and Q4. For building and contributing to AOSP, we recommend utilizing android-latest-release instead of aosp-main. Compliance
Android compliance tests were executed on internal reference hardware. The
Compatibility Test Suite (CTS),
Security Test Suite (STS),
Vendor Test Suite (VTS), and
CTS-on-GSI test suites were all run on this build. One known test failure
occurred, which will be addressed in the AOSP test branch. No known platform failures
occurred.
